Although this beautiful residence was sold prior to finishing the interior furnishing phase of the project, being involved on this beautiful home was one of my most personally rewarding experiences. The eminent architect, Washington Smith, was the inspiration for the design by Jun Silliano, AIA, who created a classic Spanish Revival home on the Cypress Point Club Golf course in Pebble Beach focusing on the spectacular ocean views. The owner wanted the colorful tile work prevalent in the1920′s now reproduced by California Pottery and Tile Works in Southern California and each of the bathrooms reflect this detailed styling. Harvest Construction artfully managed the building process with special attention to the incredible detailing of the project. Several trips to France and Italian antique fairs were made with the owner resulting in a collection of beautiful antique furniture pieces that complimented this gracious home.
